ポートレートフォトセッション - ¥50,000
（ファミリー、七五三、マタニティー、カップル等のポートレート撮影共通。５人以上の撮影の場合追加料金がかかる場合があります。ご相談ください。サプライズプロポーズ：¥10,000別途）
  • 約１時間、撮影エリアは１ヶ所での撮影（お子様の様子等を見つつ）
  • 高画質デジタルファイルのオンライン納品。撮影内容によって納品枚数は変動しますが目安80枚〜。
  • パスワード付きオンラインギャラリー。ご家族の方々と共有するのにご利用ください。オンラインギャラリーは半年間保証。
  • 写真を飾るところまでトータルでサポートしますので、データを受け取った後もぜひご相談ください。


  • 納品：撮影から数日以内で、プレビューとして何枚か写真データをお送りいたします。完成品は２週間以内の納品となりますが、時期によっては前後しますのでご了承ください。
  • 延長料金 ：¥10,000/30分 (七五三等で延長が必要な場合)。移動を含む撮影の場合、移動時間も含めての拘束時間で延長料金が発生しますので、移動をご希望の場合は近場での移動をお勧めしております。
  • 交通費：基本的には車で撮影場所にまで出張しておりますが、都内等駐車が難しい場合などは撮影場所まで電車で伺います。交通費は往復分のガソリン代と高速料金、必要な場合は駐車料金の合計​を実費で計算しております。ご住所をお伝え頂ければ、交通費のお見積もりもいたします。500円単位での換算となります。
  • 出張料金（交通費と別途）：千葉県浦安市から往復２時間以上の場合8,000円、往復３時間以上の場合10,000円。往復４時間を超える遠方の場合は別途ご相談ください。
  • 日程の確保：同意書への署名並びに、50%のデポジットの支払いを持って日程を確保させていただきます。デポジットの支払いはSquare（クレジットカード払い、3.75%手数料）または銀行振り込みでおねがいします。支払いの際の手数料は自己負担でお願いします。
  • お支払い：残額の支払いは当日の現金払いでお願い致します。 撮影中の移動費、またロケーションによっては入場料等がかかる場合の費用などは撮影費用には含まれていませんので、当日現金でお支払いください。
  • キャンセル：当日キャンセルの場合は全額をお支払い頂きます。またキャンセルされた時点でフォトグラファーがすでに支払った実費がある場合はそちらもお支払い頂きます。支払いはSquare（クレジットカード払い、3.75%手数料）または銀行振り込みでおねがいします。支払いの際の手数料は自己負担でお願いします。
  • リスケジュール：雨天時や体調不良などで急遽スケジュールを変更する必要がある場合は対応させていただきますのでご相談ください。日にちの変更を希望の場合は半年以内でのリスケジュールをお願いします。フォトグラファーとのスケジュールが新しい日時で調整できない場合はキャンセル扱いとなりますので、上記のキャンセルポリシーが当てはまります。
  • 基本的には写真の編集にはリタッチ（細かい肌補正、写真の部分加工など）サービスは含まれません。全ての写真は編集されフォトグラファーの判断で補正がされますが、過度な修正等はしておりません。
  • 写真使用に関する権利と著作権はフォトグラファーに帰属し、契約の際にモデルリリースにご署名頂くことになります。Miho Aikawaの作品としての使用の許可を頂きますが、別の企業・広告等で使用の場合は再度ご相談の連絡を致します。年賀状、カード、写真プリントやフォトブックなど、私用の場合はご自由にご利用いただけますが、商業利用をする場合はMiho Aikawaの許可を要し、場合によって別途料金が発生致します。
  • お洋服ですが、ご家族で系統を合わせていただきますと画的にまとまりのある素敵なものになります。少しフォーマル気味でいくのか、カジュアルにするのかなどご家族で合わせていただければより良いかと思います。また特に小さなお子様のお洋服は暗めのものより、少し明るめの色味ですと引き立ちやすいのでおすすめです。お気軽にご相談ください。
  • お子様が小さい場合はお昼寝のタイミングと撮影があまり被らずに、ご機嫌が比較的いい時間を優先することをオススメしています。また撮影場所によっては人混みを避けやすい日時などもありますので、スケジュールについてはご相談ください。
  • 七五三の撮影はご自宅などでのお支度の様子の撮影をお勧めいたします。スケジュール等ご相談ください。

Portrait Photo Session - ¥50,000
（for any portraits such as family, maternity, couple.  More than 5 people may incur a surcharge. Adds-on: Surprise Proposal ¥10,000）
  • About 1 hour session at single location.
  • 80+ edited, high resolution digital images via download with Photographer’s selection. Images will be given Miho's treatment to create her "look & feel".
  • Personal online gallery for friends and family to share. Guaranteed for 6 months.

  • DELIVERY: Within a week you will receive some images as preview. All final photos will be delivered within 2 weeks but are dependent on the timing/season.
  • EXTRA TIME CHARGE: ¥10,000/30mins If the shoot includes transporting to a different location, time taken to move between locations will also be counted towards the entire package. If you request to move to different locations during the photo shoot, it is therefore recommended to find locations nearby to avoid having to use up time for relocation.
  • TRANSPORTATION FEE: Photographer will use car to arrive at the location but in the case of having difficulty finding a parking spot in Tokyo Metropolitan Area a public transportation will be used as an alternative. Transportation fees will be the total of gas, freeway and parking fee. Quotes for transportation fees can be provided upon request; please let us know your address. Fees will be charged in increments of ¥500.
  • TRAVEL FEE (Charged separately from transportation fees): ¥8,000 for a round trip travel of over 2 hours from Urayasu, Chiba ; ¥10,000 for a round trip travel of over 3 hours. Please contact me in case of a round trip travel of over 4 hours
  • BOOKING POLICY: At the time of booking, signatures on the agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. Your session fee deposit can be made via Square or Bank Transfer (transaction fee might be charged besides the deposit). Appointments made without a deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Deposit is nonrefundable and if you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee.
  • PAYMENT: The rest of the payment must be made in cash on the shoot day. Transportation fees during the shoot as well as entry fees for parks/facilities, etc. are not included in the photography package and will be charged separately.
  • CANCELLATION: Cancellation requested on the shoot day will be charged 100% of the entire fee. Also, if the Photographer has already incurred a cost for the shoot at the time of cancellation, such fees will also be added on to the cancellation fees. The payment can be made via Square or Bank Transfer (transaction fee might be charged besides the deposit).     
  • Rescheduling requests: Due to inclement weather and/or medical reasons will be honored. Please contact the Photographer immediately in such cases. Please contact the Photographer immediately in such cases. If you wish to change your shoot date the new day needs to be within 6 months from the original day. If the Photographer is unable to accommodate the newly requested date, the abovementioned cancellation policy applies.
  • In general, retouching service (e.g. detailed skin tone correction, partial processing of a photo) is not included in the scope of photo editing. All photos will be edited and corrected at the discretion of the Photographer but will not undergo excessive alteration. 
  • Usage rights and copyrights of all phots will be owned by the Photographer, and the client will be required to sign a model release. Photographer will retain the rights to use the photos as Miho Aikawa; for other usage involving other entities/companies and/or advertisement, the Photographer will contact the client to discuss the nature of such usage. Private usage for New Year/Holiday cards, photo prints and photobooks may be used for free; Commercial usage will require a permission by Miho Aikawa and may incur additional fees to use. 
  • Wearing clothes of similar style will enhance the wholeness of the picture and result in a better image. Please talk with your family members to decide on the overall style of the shoot (casual or formal, for example). Small children will stand out when wearing slightly brighter colors rather than dark colors. Please do not hesitate to contact the Photographer for tips on getting the optimal photo shoot experience. 
  • If you have small children it is recommended to avoid shooting during their usual nap hours, so that they are well rested during the shoot. Certain locations will be busy and crowded depending on the time of the day. Please contact the photographer for optimal shoot times for a given location. 
  • For 753, it is recommended to start the shoot from the beginning (including preparation, such as putting on a kimono, etc.) . Please contact the Photographer for details and scheduling.
