Portrait Photo Session - ¥65,000
Surprise Proposal Add-on: +¥15,000
This package is designed for one household (up to 5 participants). Sessions with additional participants, multiple households, or extended families may require a custom quote.
Destination photo sessions requiring more than 4 hours of round-trip travel have a minimum session length of 1.5 hours and start from ¥80,000. Additional travel fees and transportation expenses apply.
What's Included
Approximately 1-hour photography session at one location
60+ professionally edited, high-resolution digital images delivered via online download
Images individually selected and edited in Miho Aikawa's signature artistic style
Password-protected online gallery for viewing and sharing with family and friends (available for 3 months)
Continued support after your gallery is delivered—I’m always happy to help with printing, albums, or displaying your photographs.
DELIVERY: You'll receive a small preview gallery within approximately one week after your session. Your complete gallery will be delivered within two weeks, although delivery times may vary slightly depending on the season and workload.
ADDITIONAL TIME: Additional coverage is available for ¥15,000 per 30 minutes.
If your session includes moving between locations, travel time will count toward your session time. To maximize photography time, I recommend choosing locations that are within walking distance of one another.
TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES: I typically travel to sessions by car. If parking is limited, particularly within central Tokyo, I may travel by public transportation instead.
Transportation expenses include actual travel costs (gas, tolls, parking fees, and/or public transportation fares) from my office to the meeting location. Estimates are available upon request and are calculated in ¥500 increments.
TRAVEL FEE: (Charged separately from transportation expenses)
- ¥10,000 for round-trip travel exceeding 2 hours from Urayasu, Chiba- ¥20,000 for round-trip travel exceeding 3 hours
- Please contact me for sessions requiring more than 4 hours of round-trip travel.
BOOKING: To reserve your session, a signed agreement and a non-refundable 50% retainer are required.
Payment may be made by Square or bank transfer. Applicable transaction fees may apply.
Reservations are not guaranteed until both the signed agreement and retainer have been received.
FINAL PAYMENT: The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of your session.
Transportation expenses, parking fees, admission fees, and any other location-related expenses are not included in the session fee unless otherwise stated.
CANCELLATION: The booking retainer is non-refundable.
Cancellations made on the day of the session will be charged 100% of the session fee. Any non-recoverable expenses already incurred by the Photographer will also be charged.
RESCHEDULING REQUEST: Rescheduling due to inclement weather or illness is always welcome.
Please notify me as soon as possible. The new session date must take place within six months of the original booking date. If I am unavailable on the requested replacement date, the cancellation policy above will apply.
EDITING: Professional color correction and artistic editing are included with every session.
Extensive retouching (such as detailed skin retouching, body reshaping, object removal, or composite editing) is not included unless otherwise agreed.
USAGE RIGHTS & COPYRIGHTS: All photographs remain the exclusive intellectual property and copyright of Miho Aikawa.
Clients receive a personal-use license for their delivered images, including printing, albums, holiday cards, personal gifts, and personal social media.
Commercial use, resale, publication, licensing, or alteration of images requires prior written permission.
Selected photographs may be used in Miho Aikawa's portfolio, website, blog, social media, exhibitions, educational materials, and other self-promotional purposes as outlined in the Model Release. Photographs will never be sold or licensed to third parties for commercial advertising without the Client's separate written consent.
STYLING: Choosing outfits with coordinated colors and a consistent style helps create timeless, cohesive photographs. Soft, neutral tones generally photograph beautifully, and for young children, lighter colors often stand out better than darker clothing.
If you'd like outfit advice, I'm always happy to help.
CHOOSING THE BEST TIME: For families with young children, I recommend scheduling your session outside of regular nap times so everyone is well rested.
Some locations can become quite busy depending on the time of day and season. I'll be happy to recommend the best start time based on your chosen location to help you enjoy beautiful light and a more relaxed experience.

サプライズプロポーズ撮影：別途 ¥15,000
本プランは一家族（5名様まで）を対象としております。複数家族での撮影や、6名様以上での撮影をご希望の場合は、追加料金が発生する場合がございますので、お気軽にご相談ください。
往復移動時間が4時間を超える遠方での出張撮影は、1.5時間以上の撮影より承っております。料金は¥80,000〜となり、別途出張料金・交通費を頂戴いたします。
プラン内容
約1時間・1ヶ所での撮影
高画質デジタルデータ60枚以上をオンラインにて納品（フォトグラファーがセレクト・編集したお写真）
Miho Aikawaの作品スタイルに合わせて、一枚一枚丁寧に編集いたします。
パスワード付きオンラインギャラリー（3か月間閲覧・ダウンロード可能）
ご家族やご友人と写真を共有できるオンラインギャラリーをご用意いたします。
お写真を飾るところまでトータルでサポートいたしますので、納品後もお気軽にご相談ください。
納品：撮影後約1週間以内に、プレビューとして数枚のお写真をお送りいたします。すべての編集が完了した写真は、通常2週間以内にオンラインギャラリーより納品いたします。繁忙期や撮影シーズンによっては納期が前後する場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
延長料金 ：30分ごと ¥15,000
七五三などで撮影時間の延長をご希望の場合や、撮影中に別のロケーションへ移動する場合は、移動時間も撮影時間に含まれます。撮影時間を有効にお使いいただくため、移動を伴う場合は近距離のロケーションをおすすめしております。
交通費：基本的には車で撮影場所へ伺いますが、都内など駐車が難しい場所では公共交通機関を利用する場合があります。
交通費は、ガソリン代・高速料金・駐車料金、または公共交通機関の実費を合算して算出いたします。ご住所をお知らせいただければ事前にお見積りいたします。交通費は500円単位で計算いたします。
出張料金（交通費別）：撮影場所までの往復移動時間に応じて、下記の出張料金を頂戴しております。
往復2時間以上：¥10,000
往復3時間以上：¥20,000
往復4時間を超える遠方での撮影につきましては、別途ご相談ください。
ご予約について：ご予約の確定には、撮影同意書へのご署名および撮影料金の50％（予約金）のお支払いが必要です。
予約金のお支払いは、銀行振込またはSquare（クレジットカード決済・決済手数料3.75％）をご利用いただけます。振込手数料・決済手数料はお客様のご負担となります。
お支払い：残金は撮影当日に現金でお支払いをお願いいたします。
交通費、出張料金、施設入場料、駐車料金など、撮影料金に含まれない費用が発生する場合は、当日あわせてお支払いをお願いいたします。
キャンセル：予約金は返金いたしかねます。
撮影当日のキャンセルにつきましては、**撮影料金の100％**を申し受けます。また、キャンセル時点ですでに発生している交通費・施設利用料等の実費につきましてもご負担いただきます。
キャンセル料のお支払いは、銀行振込またはSquare（クレジットカード決済・決済手数料3.75％）をご利用いただけます。振込手数料・決済手数料はお客様のご負担となります。
リスケジュール：雨天や体調不良など、やむを得ない事情による日程変更にはできる限り対応いたしますので、お早めにご連絡ください。
変更後の撮影日は、当初の撮影予定日から6か月以内でお願いいたします。ご希望日にフォトグラファーのスケジュールが合わない場合は、キャンセル扱いとなり、上記キャンセルポリシーが適用されます。
写真の編集：すべてのお写真に色味や明るさなどの基本編集を施したうえで納品いたします。
細かな肌補正、体型補正、不要物の除去などの高度なレタッチは、別途お打ち合わせがない限り含まれておりません。編集内容はフォトグラファーの作品スタイルに基づき、適切な範囲で行います。
写真の使用について：撮影したすべての写真の著作権およびその他の知的財産権は、フォトグラファー Miho Aikawa に帰属します。
お客様は、納品した写真を写真プリント、アルバム作成、年賀状・ホリデーカード、個人的な贈り物、個人のSNSなど、私的利用の範囲でご自由にご利用いただけます。
フォトグラファーは、モデルリリースに基づき、作品紹介・ポートフォリオ・ウェブサイト・SNS・展示・出版物・教育資料など、自身の活動紹介を目的として写真を使用させていただく場合があります。
なお、お客様の事前の書面による承諾なく、第三者の商品・サービスの広告や宣伝を目的として写真を販売・ライセンス提供・提供することはありません。
商業利用、販売、出版、ライセンス提供、画像加工等をご希望の場合は、事前にご相談ください。
スタイリング：ご家族で服装のテイストや色味を合わせていただくと、統一感のある美しいお写真に仕上がります。
ナチュラル、カジュアル、フォーマルなど、全体の雰囲気を揃えていただくのがおすすめです。小さなお子様は、黒などの濃い色よりも、明るめや柔らかい色のお洋服の方が表情が引き立ちやすくなります。
服装選びに迷われた際は、お気軽にご相談ください。
おすすめの撮影時間：小さなお子様がいらっしゃる場合は、お昼寝の時間を避け、ご機嫌の良い時間帯での撮影をおすすめしております。
また、ロケーションによっては混雑を避けやすい時間帯や、美しい自然光で撮影できるおすすめの時間帯がありますので、お気軽にご相談ください。
七五三：神社でのご祈祷だけでなく、ご自宅でのお支度やご家族との準備風景から撮影することもおすすめしております。より自然で思い出深いお写真を残すことができますので、ご希望の方はお気軽にご相談ください。
